A Monroe County jury ruled against several landowners challenging about $1.2 million in allegedly excessive property tax assessments.

The landowners and defendant, the Monroe County Board of Tax Assessors, consented to having the jury’s decision be applied to what Madison solo Christian Henry said involved 131 tax appeals filed over revaluations of the properties’ 2008, 2009 and 2010 assessments.
