Practice Profile: Tuck focuses on international arbitration and federal antitrust litigation. His electrical engineering background allows him to represent clients in litigation involving high tech, and he has years of experience litigating appeals in state and federal courts. He co-authored a 2014 Georgia State University Law Review article proposing a new jurisdictional framework for Georgia’s Supreme Court and Court of Appeals and measures to ease the latter’s excessive caseload. His recommendations were largely adopted.

Leadership Activity: Tuck was selected to serve a term on the International Chamber of Commerce’s Young Arbitrators Forum. He has been asked to co-chair this year’s annual conference of the Atlanta International Arbitration Society. Tuck serves on Alston & Bird’s hiring and pro bono committees and is a member of the firm’s federal clemency project team. He established the Younger Lawyers Division for the Atlanta Federal Bar Association and created new events for the group. He also serves as treasurer.
