She quickly gravitated toward bond law as a new associate at King & Spalding in 2006, after earning a law degree from the University of Georgia. She rotated through all the corporate practices and “fell in love with the bond team,” she says. “It was a gut instinct, and it turned out to be a great match.”

Dyer, 34, says she likes working on projects that matter in the community, such as schools, infrastructure and transit.
