Brian Olasov is a numbers guy who’s spent the last 25 years working at a law firm. An expert in real estate finance, Olasov occupies a unique niche. He advises his lawyer colleagues in the real estate capital markets practice on mortgage loan issues, supports the litigation partners on liability theories and damage analysis—and serves as an expert witness for other firms in structured finance disputes.
Olasov was at McKenna Long & Aldridge for 25 years, but he left the firm on the eve of its merger with Dentons on July 1 to join Carlton Fields Jorden Burt as executive director, financial services consulting.
