King & Spalding represented Cousins Properties Inc. on its deal with NCR Corp. to build a 22-story office tower in Midtown that will be NCR’s world headquarters.

Cousins announced last week that it has signed a 15-year build-to-suit lease with NCR. The real estate investment trust will develop and own a $200 million, 485,000-square-foot tower on a plot of land located at 8th and Spring streets, currently a parking lot, that is in the Technology Square area of Midtown adjacent to Georgia Tech. The building is entirely pre-leased to NCR.
