Tim Tingkang Xia, who headed Morris Manning & Martin’s intellectual property and international practices, has left for Locke Lord with another partner, IP litigator Bryan Harrison, and a 12-member IP team made up of an associate, four patent agents and seven staff.

Xia was not available for comment. In an announcement from Locke Lord, he said, “With its strong IP practice and international reach, Locke Lord has exceptional resources to provide existing and future clients the type of service expected of a major, global law firm.”
