Ahead of its impending merger with global megafirm Dentons, McKenna Long & Aldridge has brought in a corporate partner, Steve Berson, from Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough. Last month Nelson Mullins snagged two partners from McKenna: Ann Murray, who headed its compensation and benefits practice, and Russell Love, a trusts and estates practitioner.
