A 25-lawyer group of health care lawyers led by Jim Rawls is leaving McKenna Long & Aldridge for Baker & Hostetler on June 1, ahead of McKenna’s impending merger with global megafirm Dentons.

Baker & Hostetler’s Atlanta office already recruited two corporate partners from McKenna earlier this month, and it is also gaining three corporate associates along with the health care group for a total of 30 lawyers from McKenna, following a vote by its partnership.
