McKenna Long & Aldridge has lost two corporate partners, David Brown and Clayton Coley, to Baker & Hostetler. Brown, who headed the corporate finance group at McKenna, joined May 1 and Coley followed him on Thursday.

Brown, 42, said he’d spent his entire career at McKenna. He joined Long Aldridge & Norman, its Atlanta predecessor, in 2000 before that firm’s 2002 merger with McKenna & Cuneo in Washington. He’s worked with Coley, 40, for more than a decade.
