Holland & Knight continues its Atlanta hiring spree, adding its fourth partner this month, G. Roth Kehoe, and Robert Green as senior counsel, both from Hunton & Williams. The two corporate lawyers represent electronic payments processing companies, one of Atlanta’s biggest but most invisible industries.
Globally, payments processing is a $50 billion business, according to the American Transaction Processors Coalition (ATPC), which Kehoe and Green helped to start last year.
