Ford & Harrison reported a big jump in average profit per partner (PPP), even though revenue and net income were flat, as the firm positions itself for a global future in the competitive, consolidating space of labor and employment law.

The firm’s PPP increased $58,000 to $485,000, even though revenue and net income each rose by only about 1 percent, to $68.5 million and $18.5 million, respectively. The firm’s head count was also flat, increasing by one lawyer to 132 total lawyers.
