McKenna Long & Aldridge announced late Wednesday afternoon that it is combining with global megafirm Dentons.
The partners of both firms have approved a merger between McKenna and Dentons US, the U.S. branch of Dentons, which is structured as a Swiss verein, according to a joint announcement from the firms.
