The outgoing general counsel of HD Supply, Ricardo Nuñez, announced in an email to colleagues that his last day at the company is April 1.
Nuñez became GC for HD Supply in 2007, when the company was spun off from The Home Depot. He had joined Home Depot in 2005 as vice president of legal business operations after stints at GE Energy and an Exxon Corp. subsidiary, Esso Inter-America.
