Securities litigator Scott Sherman has left Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz for a partnership at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, but Baker Donelson has added a partner, Ron Bingham II, to its bankruptcy practice from Stites & Harbison.

Sherman, 38, said he joined Nelson Mullins because its extensive corporate practice offers opportunities for his securities and business litigation practice. He represents officers, directors, lenders and financial institutions in securities litigation and SEC and FINRA investigations and enforcement actions.
