Real estate lawyers are back in demand as the market revives from the recession. Two of them, Stephen Schrock and Christine Schneider, have reunited at Thompson Hine to build a traditional practice representing developers, lenders and investors in real estate projects.

Schrock joined as a partner from Morris Manning & Martin, and Schneider joined as senior counsel from Bryan Cave. The two worked together for more than a decade at Powell Goldstein until it was acquired by Bryan Cave in 2009, when Schrock left for Morris Manning as part of a five-lawyer team handling timberland investment deals.
