Littler Mendelson, the nation’s largest labor and employment firm, has recruited four shareholders from Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, the nation’s second-largest labor and employment firm.

Dan Turner, Tracey Barbaree, Beth Moeller and Lauren Zeldin, all employment litigators, have worked together for more than a decade—since 2010 at Ogletree Deakins and before that at Ashe Rafuse & Hill (now the Atlanta office of Polsinelli).
