After serving as a Miami-Dade County Court judge for 24 years, Judge Wendell M. Graham, 61, has announced that he will be retiring, effective Aug. 31.

“It was an honor being appointed 24 years ago, and it was a privilege each day to serve the people of this great state,” Graham wrote in a July 30 letter sent to Gov. Rick Scott. “I wish you and yours all the best.”
