New York developer Moishe Mana has teamed up with University of Miami students to bring micro-living to Miami.

In a makeshift downtown studio on the corner of Flagler Street and Southeast First Avenue, a group of professors and students gathered around a projector screen with Mana and his team sitting front and center. The developer is collaborating with the university’s school of architecture, giving students the opportunity to design apartment buildings and units that would cater to their generation.
