A multimillion-dollar case is taking off against a Boca Raton-based Volvo spinoff that sells aircraft equipment.
Palm Beach Circuit Judge Donald Hafele ordered VAS Aero Services LLC to pay $4.78 million to a financing company still under the Volvo umbrella. The judge found in a March 16 summary judgment order that VAS had breached its contract with Volvo Aero Leasing LLC.
