One of the largest condominium projects under construction in South Florida announced a $98 million infusion of cash from a lender Thursday. That amount fully capitalizes the first phase of the project, one of the developers involved in the transaction told the Daily Business Review.

That developer, Devstar LLC, will now turn to the second phase of the project on the foreclosed Marina Grande site in North Miami Beach, one of the failures of the housing collapse.
