ADT Corp. has reached settlements totaling $3.7 million with three competitors accused of misleading customers by falsely claiming they were affiliated with the Boca Raton-based home and business security company.

Security Networks LLC of West Palm Beach and its Utah affiliate, Vision Security, agreed to pay $2.2 million in damages to ADT in one trademark infringement case. Separately, a Los Angeles-based electronic security company, Security One International Inc., agreed to pay $1.5 million in damages.
