Conrad & Scherer insisted Monday that Miami Beach investor Ira Sochet agreed to pay attorney fees on his claims in the Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler bankruptcy.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Raymond Ray took testimony and exhibits on the fee dispute, asked for more briefs and is expected to make a decision some time after Oct. 15.
