The mother of Miami developer Renzo Renzi’s child can pursue the unpaid child support she is owed from Renzi, but her place as a creditor in the bankruptcy pecking order and the venue for her claim are unclear.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Laurel M. Isicoff on Monday granted Nicole Feenane’s motion for a charging order in the pending Chapter 7 case of Renzi’s Beacon Developer Partners LLC and the Beacon at Brickell Village LLC.
