Owed more than $210,000 in unpaid child support, the mother of Miami developer Renzo Renzi’s child wants to collect through a corporate bankruptcy liquidation.
An attorney for Nicole Feenane filed a motion Friday for a charging order in the pending Chapter 7 case of Renzi’s Beacon Developer Partners LLC, according to bankruptcy court records.
