The Deal: The Avison Young Inc. brokers arranged two sales of Boca Raton commercial properties totaling $12.55 million. In a deal that closed July 2, a company managed by CWCapital Asset Management LLC sold the Plum Park office and retail complex for $6.05 million to James Batmasian. In the other transaction that closed June 26, First Southern Bank sold the Gallery Center office building to Boca Gallery Properties LLC of Toronto for $6.5 million.
