The Miami Dolphins are going to probably fall short of the goal line in their bid to get help for stadium renovations.
Senator Oscar Braynon, D-Miami Gardens, called the outlook for any bill that helps the Dolphins "bleak" shortly after meeting with House Speaker Will Weatherford.
