A woman who slipped and fell on water in a Wal-Mart store in Hialeah and claimed knee, shoulder and ankle injuries recovered $394,206.

Plaintiff’s counsel claimed water from a jug that a patron took off a shelf had been leaking from her cart for at least four minutes when Miriam Fuentes, then 56, fell. Counsel contended two Wal-Mart employees passed the spill and didn’t remedy the situation.
