A jury decided a cab driver was not liable in a collision after a truck driver claimed cause a herniated disc.

Stephen Glass, then in his early 60s, was driving his tractor-trailer in Orlando when his turning truck was broadsided by a sedan driven by Valmont Pierre of Ace Metro Cab. A plaintiff expert in accident reconstruction stated Pierre was travelling 55-65 mph in a 45 mph zone.
