Scott Rothstein didn’t spare former partners, business associates, even his friends when he sat down before Christmas for a now infamous 10-day deposition with civil attorneys.

According to Rothstein, just about everybody around him at his defunct Fort Lauderdale law firm, Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler, was somewhat in the know about the $1.2 billion Ponzi scheme he masterminded behind its doors.
