Miami sugar firm Banah International Group, which is in the midst of a hiring spree and corporate expansion, has agreed to move its headquarters to a Hialeah facility.

In South Florida’s largest industrial lease of 2011, Banah signed a lease late last month to move from its current Coral Way headquarters to a 302,000-square-foot facility at 213-215 SE 10th Ave., company chief executive Diego Leiva told the Daily Business Review on Tuesday. The privately-held company, which specializes in the production and distribution of natural sugar products, hired 50 workers in December as part of a goal to add 300 staffers by the end of 2012.
