No one was happy when a Broward Circuit jury issued an award against Ford Motor in an asbestos case and assigned a share of the blame to a former auto repair clerk and her husband.
On appeal Tuesday, Ford and Michael Daly, whose wife died after trial, asked the 4th District Court of Appeal to rearrange the judgment in their favor.
