A jury found a driver who caused a rear-end collision wasn’t to blame for a woman’s alleged lower back injuries.

In 2007, Patricia Stewart, then in her mid-50s, was struck by John Ferricane. She claimed a lumbar disc herniation that required chiropractic treatment and physical therapy. She said she was unable to return to work as a result of her injuries.
