Pom Wonderful is close to settling its latest trademark infringement suit against a competitor.
The manufacturer of 100 percent pomegranate juice filed a settlement stipulation last week with Meyer Family Farms, which makes and sells packages of pomegranate fruit pieces under the brand name PerfectPOMs. Details of the settlement were not disclosed.
