An Arizona appeals court has delivered some good news for Greenberg Traurig and some bad news for Quarles & Brady in a legal malpractice action.

The Arizona Court of Appeals reinstated claims of racketeering, aiding and abetting fraud, and breach of contract against Quarles & Brady brought by a Phoenix attorney and business owner and his wife. At the same time, the court affirmed the dismissal of those claims and others against Greenberg Traurig on Feb. 3.
