Many companies have embraced the use of web-based tools for client development, recruiting and other business purposes. It has clearly become an instrument for business. It is also a social medium for their employees. Traffic on websites such as Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and LinkedIn boggles the imagination. It is estimated that these social networking sites get more than 780 million visitors a month.
