The Bank of Nova Scotia officially took title of about 370 unsold units at the CityPlace South Tower in a foreclosure sale Monday. At the auction, the attorney for the bank, Gregory Grossman, said the lender was willing to bid up to $90 million – that’s about $30 million less than what the bank is owed.
