A West Palm Beach engineering firm has been hit with an $11 million breach-of-contract lawsuit alleging design errors in a student apartment construction project.

The lawsuit, surfaced by Law.com Radar and filed against WGI Inc. in Florida Southern District Court, was brought by Wicker Smith O’Hara McCoy & Ford and Martin, Tate, Morrow & Marston on behalf of South Carolina company Plum Owner Ft Collins Co.
