A South Florida attorney says he’s hoping to put an end to scammers using false deeds to blackmail homeowners into paying them off to remove fraudulent claims. 

Attorney David Winker of Coral Gables filed a lawsuit in Miami-Dade Circuit Court asking a judge to invalidate the deeds of defendants Jeff Tucker and his wife, Ann Tucker, who are accused of filing false deeds on a property through Battle Mountain Limited Liability Co. in Delaware.
