A jury found that a Palm Beach Gardens Costco Wholesale store was not liable for a customer who slipped in the store’s entryway area.
On Jan. 24, 2019, plaintiff Lynn Woods, an unemployed woman in her 60s, slipped while she was entering a superstore that was located at 3250 Northlake Blvd., in the city of Palm Beach Gardens. She claimed that she suffered an injury of a knee.
