Fort Lauderdale is benefiting from the tremendous growth fueled by the migration of businesses and people to South Florida over the last few years.

That’s evidenced by a new joint venture between developers OKO Group and Cain International, which have secured a $97.2 million loan in construction financing from Bank OZK and JVP Management to build a 34-story luxury multi-family tower in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
