A jury awarded nearly $300,000 to a girl who was attacked by a rottweiler while visiting an alligator farm in Gainesville.

On June 27, 2016, plaintiff Madison Garcia, 6, was bitten by a rottweiler. The incident occurred at her grandfather’s place of employment, a zoo that was located at 210 NE 135th Terrace, in Gainesville. Madison suffered injuries of her face.
