While Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties are seeing continued demand for office space and growth in a strong local economy, it’s a different picture for Broward County, according to JLL’sQ1 2022 Office Insight Reports for South Florida.

“That’s mostly because West Palm Beach and certain areas in Miami Beach kind of lead the way of people moving to South Florida,” said Steven Hurwitz, managing director with JLL.
