Trenam filed a false advertising lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of Nutramax Laboratories Veterinary Sciences Inc. and supplement manufacturer Nutramax Laboratories Inc. The suit takes aim at Orlando-based Zesty Paws over an advertisement that suggests the defendant’s Vet Strength Mobility Bites are a ‘better value’ than Nutramax’s ‘Dasuquin’ product. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 6:22-cv-00626, Nutramax Laboratories, Inc. et al v. Zesty Paws LLC.
