One of the world’s largest insurance and risk management companies has signed a lease at 830 Brickell, joining Microsoft, Thoma Bravo, CI Financial, AerCap and WeWork as tenants of the Class A-plus tower in the Brickell Financial District.

Marsh, is the insurance arm of publicly-traded Marsh & McLennan Cos., headquartered in New York. The company will lease 25,000 square feet at the office tower, to consolidate Marsh’s South Florida offices into a single regional location.
