A Hendry County McDonald’s restaurant was found not liable for an incident in which a customer broke a shoulder in a fall.

On June 9, 2016, plaintiff Aversis Concepcion, a community manager in her 40s, fell while she was traversing the parking lot of a restaurant that was located at 905 W. Sugarland Highway, in Clewiston. She claimed that she suffered injuries of her head, her neck and a shoulder.
