Shutts & Bowen filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Thursday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of Educational Federal Credit Union. The suit accuses Andrew Harrison Barnes and Edfed Corporation of cybersquatting EdFed website domains. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-20729, Educational Federal Credit Union v. Edfed Corporation et al.
