People who buy property in Miami-Dade County will soon be able to look up important financial and governing documents in a public online library. 

It’s a win for the South Florida real estate industry and the MIAMI Association of REALTORS, as the ordinance requires condos, co-operative and homeowner associations to file the documents into the database, making the buying process more transparent.
