Attorneys at Cole, Scott & Kissane on Sunday removed a product liability lawsuit against compounding pharmacy MasterPharm LLC and other defendants to Florida Southern District Court. The complaint, filed by Kelley | Uustal on behalf of David E. and Melinda Friedman, as permanent co-guardians of Aaron G. Friedman, accuses MasterPharm of shipping contaminated boxes of FinPlus, a hair loss drug, which caused Aaron G. to suffer from acute renal failure. The case is 9:22-cv-80277, Friedman et al v. MasterPharm, LLC et al.
