Italian eyewear conglomerate Luxottica Group filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Monday in Florida Southern District Court. The complaint, brought by Rosemberg Law, accuses Luxury Bazaar and Roman Sharf of selling counterfeit Ray-Ban sunglasses online. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-20461, Luxottica Group S.p.A. v. LuxAge Group, Inc. et al.
