A federal judge in Fort Lauderdale has lost his patience with a nonprofit Florida hospital system and the Big Law attorneys that represent the entity over repeated non-compliance with a settlement agreement.

Matthew Dietz, litigation director for the Disability Independence Group in Miami represents the plaintiff Linda Adams and said that he hopes Monday’s order entered by U.S. District Judge Rodolfo A. Ruiz II to hold Cleveland Clinic Florida in contempt of court will be effective.
